主要职责

图书馆技术,系统管理和参考研究支持

管理和维持综合图书馆软件系统的运作, 应用程序, and databases; diagnoses and resolves software issues, 就这些问题进行沟通和收集信息, determines and implements possible solutions; writes operating procedures and updates user manuals for staff and other 用户 as needed.
